The practised use of mechanical measuring equipment, such as the angle meter, is still one of the basic skills of a motor vehicle mechatronics technician. It is therefore important to learn this basic skill in a didactically sensibly prepared course. The trainees are accompanied by the work assignments for the T-box and are introduced to the measuring practice in a well-founded way.
The training box contains an angle meter, a beveled square and three test objects (test specimens). In combination with the optional digital work orders, the trainees can independently learn the most common methods for measuring angles and flatness.
