T-Varia LIN bus Windscreen wiper is an extra addition to T-Varia CAN-bus Lighting. It is a panel with a LIN bus controlled wiper module (including rain sensor) and the associated E-learning.
The addition of this panel makes it possible to map the complete communication network of a car, consisting of CAN-B, CAN-C & LIN bus network. For this reason, the T-Varia LIN bus Windscreen wiper offers a number of instructive measurement and diagnostic assignments for the student.
Through the integrated theory and practical assignments, the student learns:- The properties and structure of the CAN-B, CAN-C and LIN bus communication network.
- The relationship between the various communication networks.
- To connect a CAN-B, CAN-C and LIN bus communication network and the corresponding output systems.
- To read and understand electrical lighting diagrams.
- To perform different measurements - with multimeter and oscilloscope - on the given communication networks. Then the student will assess and analyse the measurement results.
- To diagnose failures on communication networks.
